  • Sophias Special Occasions Exchange Policy (applies to internet & phone sales only).

    Sophia's will only exchange an item if the following applies: Manufacturer defect. Every item is new and carefully checked for any type of defects immediately prior to shipping. Exchanges will only be accepted by contacting first Sophia's (email or phone) within 3 days of receiving order. If Sophia's authorizes the exchange, product(s) will be replaced for the same size, color, and style. Instructions: Product must be returned in it's original packaging with all tags and packages, in the same condition it was received. Product(s) must not be used, altered or damaged. Buyer is responsible for shipping item(s) via UPS, insured with a tracking and pay for shipping charges.
